Niños Huérfanos Intercountry Adoptions (NHIA),provides
the service of assisting with efficient, transparent, and
honest adoptions between foreign countries and the United
States, as well as Western European and Mediterranean countries
(England, Scotland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Israel,
